If you (or others) interrupt someone (whether related to the conversation or not) make sure to return to them when the time is right. This can be as simple as saying "I'd love to hear the rest of your point before we move on".


Why?

It shows you value everyone's presence, making your meetings feel more inclusive and respectful.
